Vodafone Fiji managers received the Big for Customer Service at Contact Centre Awards

Doreen Lakhan and Sefanaia Silimaibau of Vodafone Fiji received the award for some best practices provided by Vodafone in Pacific Asia region.

Vodafone also received Bronze for Best Quality Team and Silver for Best Supervisor award.

The CEO of Vodafone Fiji, Elenoa Biukoto says company is proud for fair recognition of efforts and work of Doreen Lakhan and Sefanaia Silimaibau, who were doing their best to improve customer satisfaction and find new ways of development for customer service.

Also, CEO says that the team of Vodafone is focused on further improvement of customer service quality.
