Genesys (R) was awarded the Magic Quadrant award from Gartner, one of the world's most recognized software suggest companies. Gartner awarded Genesys for the ninth time, now it was recognized as world's best Contact Center as a Service provider for 2023.
Genesys is now developing cloud customer experience platforms with wide use of AI to streamline customer interactions.
