In addition, Omdia noted that the huge number of NICE clients from various industries is another strength of the company, as it is undoubtedly an indicator of NICE’s reputation and trust. Omdia noted another important advantage of CXone: it perfectly integrates different products and tools from other companies into one solution, as evidenced by user reviews on various review platforms. Omdia also praised NICE’s Suiteform, a tool that will provide scalability and integration into an ecosystem of proprietary and partner technologies through APIs and microservices based on unified data and linked workflows.
