British Airways opened a new call center in India

  • The CEO of the company, Sean Doyle, stated that 1400 of trained agents are already ready to start serving customers in the CallBA, new contact center of the British Airways.

New call center is going to implement best customer experience practices to provide first-class service.

Sean Doyle, British Airways’ Chairman and CEO, said:
