DoT (Department of Telecommunications) of India is going to release second generation reforms to optimize penalties and make them more rational, ease the licensing process and improve trial regulations. 

Minister of IT and communications, Ashwini Vaishnaw, is going to announce the changes soon as they are aimed at simplifying the business operating in the industry and making it more transparent and competitive. 

For example, main goal is to rationalize the penalties and adopt suggestions provided by the industry players.
